Oracal 3641 has a strong, permanent grey adhesive. After firm pressure is applied, the sticker will be ruined upon removal, sometimes leaving residue behind if not removed carefully.

This blockout vinyl material sticks reliably to flat surfaces and simple curves. It is not recommended for concave surfaces nor recessed channels.

Oracal 3641 was designed to blockout/coverup graphics/designs. It’s commonly used on packaging, equipment, signs, and surfaces where clean coverage and a professional finished look are important without removing the original surface or graphic.

Oracal 3641 is used for both indoor and outdoor applications. Indoor life, when laminated, is virtually unlimited. We’ve had 3641 laminated stickers indoors in our shop for 10 years and counting, still looking good. Outdoor life is 1-2 years unlaminated, up to 3+ years with lamination.

Our most common use for Oracal 3641, over the years, has been for real estate sign cover-up stickers. Whether the agent owns the sign and changed brokers, vice versa, or a phone number changed, this economy decal has kept expensive aluminum signs usable for many years. Common other blockout sticker uses are covering old prices, rebranding items, and covering portions of intricately designed packaging.

Blockouts are produced at true high resolution using professional-grade printing on Epson and Canon printers. We print exclusively with genuine OEM inks—never third-party or economy substitutes. Print output is held to a minimum of 720DPI  for crisp detail, clean edges, and accurate color.
