4mm Tampa Bay Political Corrugated Plastic Yard Signs (coro) are a cost effective solution for expanding voter awareness.  These signs, also known as bandit signs or snipe signs, can be silk screen printed with OEM brand National UV's premium POP+ UV-cured glossy inks for long life and rich opacity. Each size has a quantity minimum for silk screen printing and is restricted to 1 and 2 color designs. Otherwise, your Tampa Bay yard signs will be digitally printed with OEM brand M&R UV-cured inks with a matte finish. 4mm Corrugated Plastic Signs are a durable, weather proof solution for all your political campaigning needs. Any size larger than 48" x 32" will need to be scored and folded for free shipping. If you would like your larger Tampa Bay yard signs shipped flat, they will need to be shipped on a pallet via a freight truck. Material
Our standard 4mm White Corruagted Plastic is slightly translucent in bright light. For double sided signs, we also offer an Opaque 4mm Corrugated Plastic material that blocks all light from passing through. Both materials are outdoor durable and printed with the corrugated flutes running in the vertical direction to accept step stakes.
MATERIAL
Inks Used
For larger quantities of 1 and 2 color signs, we use a silkscreen method. With this method, We use National UV’s premium POP+, UV cured inks for long life and rich opacity. This is a gloss ink that comes in 24 standard colors. We also offer 4 fluorescent colors or custom PMS color matches for an additional fee. For smaller quantities of 1 and 2 color signs, along with 3 and full color signs at any quantity, we use a digital print method. With this method, we only use OEM M&R brand UV cured inks and can print millions of colors. This ink has a matte (no gloss) finish.

Corrugated plastic or “coro” can be expected to last 1-2 years or more outdoors and indoors for many years. During extreme weather conditions, coro should be brought inside. Since the ink is not protected, wipe off dirty signs gently with a cool damp cloth with no chemicals, or use a mild soap.

It can be recycled similarly to other polypropylene products, where the material is collected, cleaned, shredded, and melted down to create new plastic items. However, the recyclability of Coroplast depends on local recycling programs, as not all facilities accept polypropylene or rigid plastics. It's essential to check with your local recycling center to see if they accept Coroplast for recycling.
