To start a return or exchange, please complete our Online Return Request Form and provide your Order ID and Date of Purchase.
Stock items are products sold without any custom printing or unique modifications.

Return Shipping  | 
		Customer Responsibility: For returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., product no longer wanted, change of mind, incorrect sizing ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  | 
	
Restocking Fee  | 
		We do not charge a restocking fee for returns made within the 30-day window.  | 
	
Exchanges  | 
		We are happy to process an exchange for a different size or quantity, subject to product availability. Please specify "Exchange" and the desired item on the return form.  | 
	
Due to the personalized nature of custom signage, most custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We will only accept returns or offer free replacements under the following conditions:

Good Guys Signs Error  | 
		If the final product differs significantly from the final approved proof (e.g., incorrect color, spelling, material, or design placement was our mistake), we will immediately reprint and ship the correct order at no additional cost to you.  | 
	
Customer Proofing Error  | 
		If an error exists on the final product that was present on the customer-approved digital proof, we will offer a discounted reprint to help you correct the issue.  | 
	
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will correct the issue immediately.
Reporting: You must notify us of shipping damage or defects immediately upon receipt.
Process: Please contact Customer Service at 800-215-6424 or use the return form, selecting "Faulty" or "Damage From Shipping"
Evidence: To expedite the process, please be prepared to provide photo evidence of the damage to the item and the shipping box via email.
Resolution: Good Guys Signs will cover all costs associated with return shipping, if applicable (by providing a prepaid label) and will reprint and ship your replacement items within our standard production time.
How to Request a Return:
Fill out the Online Return Request Form with your Order ID and contact details.
Wait for our Customer Service team to review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions via email (we aim to respond within 1 business day).
Ship the item back following the instructions.
Refund Timeline:
Initiation: Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
Processing: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of company error, product defect, or shipping damage.
