Keep Calm & Carry On

I sense employee anxiety rising as the death toll rises. All I can do is keep them calm, safe, and feeling like the work they are doing is meaningful. It is impossible to say how many “We are Open” banners, Covid signs, and supportive messages we have printed, but its thousands and thousands. I will collage this next week for my people, to make sure they understand it does make a difference.
