A carboard cutout is a piece of cardboard that an image gets printed onto. We make cutout out of both actual cardboard, which is our standard cutout. We also make them out of what’s called corrugated plastic. Our Coroplast™ is 4mm thick in density, which is roughly 1/6th of an inch. We make our cutouts at a standard maximum height of 6 feet and a width of 30 inches. We are flexible for you, so we can go taller and wider if that’s what your needs are.

- For a 6 foot tall = $80

The Process of Making a Cutout:
The process is that you would send us an image (as a high-resolution jpeg), then our talented professional designers will work with the image to make it as pure and highly detailed as it can be. Once that’s completed, the image is brought to our production department. That crew digitally prints the image, then uses a high-tech machine called a CNC router where they cut out the image from the sheet of coro. And voila, your cardboard cutout is done!
