While not really an expensive medium for campaigning, maximizing your purchase of political yard signs is something you want to think about. Generally, cheap political yard signs are the first form of advertising that voters are exposed to. Strategizing on where to place your signs and how to get an edge on your opponent could conceivably win you or lose you an election.

Map it Out:
First, you will want to obtain a map of your voting district. They are usually able to be gotten from government planning and printing offices. They can also be downloaded from government websites. It gives off the impression that you are bigger, more popular, and more powerful. It sends a message that your campaign and candidacy have greater strength. You can get campaign signs cheap, but if you buy them in the thousands, that cost goes up because they have to be produced and distributed. Those man hours add up. So, when placing your signs, be smart so you get the most bang for your buck.
